I find that often people are wondering how to eat well. From trying to lose weight or striving to gain health, it can all seem challenging.
Helping people work through the eating challenges that our western culture is crazy hard! We have had a few generations of eating unhealthy now and many of us don’t have a cultural base for eating well.
Basically,
the sugars,
overly processed flours and
unhealthy oils
in our packaged and fast foods are
creating depression, anxiety and disease.
When I was 45 I was in chronic pain and going through my yoga therapy training. I learned about the anti-inflammatory diet. My research showed me that to heal most diseases, an anti-inflammatory diet is the key. It also is the key to losing weight and keeping it off.
Even if we know what to eat, creating small habits that can lead up to a healthy relationship with food, can be the hardest part of it all. I know get that.
Now 15 years later, I don’t have issues with chronic pain, I enjoy eating and I have great energy.
Here are the three steps that I teach clients - and use myself - to maximize my health and energy.
Eat nutrient-dense food 80% of the day and 80% of the week.
Make sure that your digestion is working well so that you can absorb the nutrients from your food.
Create healthy habits around eating.
Yep. Just these three. Yep. And I have created detailed guides for each of them to help you out. Check out the $10 Eating Well Bundle
