The Mini Reset Bootcamp is a 1-week wellness support course that meets virtually on two Monday nights at 7:30 pm with homework and inspiration in between. It is about taking the time and getting the support to get your life back and better than ever!

Mini RESET Bootcamp

is the support that you need to step into this spring with sanity and a stronger sense of who you are right now.

No matter what is going on around us or where we want to go, we first need to make a commitment to our own health—and happiness is a key component. Feeling connected, and feeling like we are moving our lives forward, are key to our happiness. With support and love, we can all feel our best selves. We need to address our healthcare holistically (exercise, food intake, digestion, relaxation, and mindfulness training).

Every Monday evening, 7:30- 8:30 PM EST, we will meet on a Zoom call and you will be able to watch the video all week. Here are some of the subjects that we will cover:

  6. Launch Your New Self! - stepping into health, love and this Spring!
