Yoga Immersion and Yoga Teacher Training

I am very excited to announce a new Yoga Immersion and Yoga Teacher Training starting this fall. It would be great if you could join me.

I have been leading Yoga Immersions and Yoga Teacher Trainings for 12 years now and I learn something new every time. Yoga has so many gifts to offer us and has helped so many people overcome personal challenges and feel more confident in their life purpose. So many people had said that going through a yoga teacher training was life-affirming and gave them a new paradigm to approach life issues.

As a yoga therapist who has worked with people from all around the world, I know that the healing-centered teaching style that I use is very effective at helping people reduce stress, feel stronger and confident. I have been practicing yoga for 35 years and teaching people all over the world for 25 years. My specialty as a yoga therapist is using yoga modalities to work through trauma, addiction, and chronic pain. I know that yoga can be accessible to people who use wheelchairs and those who want to focus on developing their meditation practice. Whether we are teaching elite athletes or just regular folks who want to feel better, the mindfulness and awareness that yoga teaches us brings a lot of value to our lives.

Who is this for?

  • Immersion: anyone who is interested

  • Yoga Teacher Training: Anyone who wants to develop their personal practice or teach yoga classes.

What is included in the Yoga Immersion:

  • Two-month unlimited yoga class pass

  • Bi-Weekly Zoom or in-person meetings starting Saturday, September 11, 9:00-12:00. (Sessions will be recorded and available if you can't make a class)

  • Two private 1:1 with me

  • The Esoteric You Chakra Course (online, self-paced)

  • The Mindfulness Facilitator Training (online, self-paced)

  • Two months FREE of the Underhill Life Wellness Platform

What is included in the Yoga Teacher Training:

  • Everything in the Immersion

  • Extra 1:1s with me as needed

  • 2 extra Saturday meetings

  • Homework and reading assignments in anatomy, asana,

  • A certificate

  • Opportunity to register with the Yoga Alliance

  • Teaching Methodology and lesson planning

  • The Yoga of Business: resume, auditioning, social media, business plan

What is the cost?

Immersion: $1250

Yoga Teacher Training: $2,700

$500 Deposit due to reserve your space

$200 off if paid in full by August 31.
