Monday 5:00-6:00 pm - Gentle Yoga Flow - This class is for anyone who wants a gentle yoga class or needs mental, emotional, or physical healing. Please contact me ahead of class if you have any issues or requests that you would like me to address in class.

Thursday 9:00 am - Yoga and Strength Training - Light weights, balance, and slow reps are great for anybody and can help with safely recovering our strength. Have some lightweights, soup cans, or small water bottles on hand.

Thursday 10:00 am - Chair Yoga and Balance - All that you need is a chair!

Sunday 9:00 am - Align and Flow - strength, balance, breath, and deep centering work in this class. Prior experience to yoga classes is recommended.

  • Payment: Suggested donation is $5-$20/ class with a variety of ways to pay

  • a Four Class Pass for $45.

  • If you are out of work, you don’t need to pay.
