Welcome to The Esoteric You Chakra Course

This is a never-ending journey and we can keep it live on The Esoteric You Chakra Facebook private group. Please introduce yourself in the group with a picture and a little about yourself and let us know how your adventure is going.

I suggest that you do one Chakra lesson per week. Pick a day and time that you can consistently “show up.” Listen/watch the video and look through the rest of the material. Maybe listen to the music playlist while you journal. Enjoy your contemplation time. Then I suggest that you listen to the guided meditation for the chakra that you are working on throughout the week. Jot down any thoughts that you have. Let it all stew around. Let it be a transformational process.
