I combine my 38 years of yoga and 17 years of personal training to create an at-home training program that is tailored to your needs and goals. My favorite way of working is to come to your home or meet you and Zoom and teach you how to work with simple equipment to get great results, safely. I specialize in helping people who have auto-immune challenges, illness and surgery recovery, neurodegenerative disease, injury recovery, and stress management.
