Couples Coach

Feeling stressed and overwhelmed can leave us feeling stuck and isolated in our struggles, even when we are in a relationship. I specialize in supporting couples facing communication issues, struggling with feeling connected, and life transitions such as parenting, aging concerns, regret, and finding clarity in a shared vision together. I work with individuals and couples to break free from negative patterns, offering guidance on how to communicate more effectively and build loving, productive connections. I also work with couples who are dealing with the challenges of infidelity.

I bring compassion, understanding, and common sense to clients in a safe environment for healing. I have been trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Anger Management, Trauma Healing, and Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples. I also bring mindfulness skills from my work as a meditation teacher and yoga therapist.

As an individual wellness coach, I will work with you to gain the skills to make changes that will improve your life and relationships. The only way to make deep and lasting change is a holistic approach, combined with a pace that’s right for you. We create your healthy path by looking at where you are now and where you want to be.

We work with The Five Points of Wellness:

  • Productive Mental Processing: Your mindset is the key to lasting changes - we start there!

  • Exercise: It is a pillar of a healthy mind and body and it can be tailored to what works for you

  • Eating Well: It has to start with food that tastes good - and it has to help you feel vitality in your mind and body

  • Relaxation: Deep Relaxation skills are a game changer. There are so many to pick from!

  • Following Your Life’s Purpose: Feeling a sense of purpose and connection are as important as any of the other skills we will work on. Some life transitions make us doubt ourselves. We will get you back on track.
