This Mindfulness Facilitator Training is filled with foundational self-care that will help you to feel energized and eager on your path to fulfill your potential in this lifetime.

Mindfulness practices have been shown to be one of the key factors in reducing stress and burnout. Having a clear idea on what mindfulness practices are, how to implement them in your own life, and how to share them with others, is an evidenced-based life skill that has been shown to improve both health and happiness. In this 3 week online training, you will learn how to:

  • convey a clear understanding of the science behind mindfulness techniques

  • teach simple breathing techniques,

  • lead easy upper body stretch to reduce stress

  • guide mindfulness practices

  • lead guided-meditations

  • how to incorporate these practices in your own life

  • how to set up a mindfulness group, implement the practices with your clients or engage your family in these wellness practices.
